Rhys Partridge
Rhys Partridge is an artist and printmaker born in Ross-on-Wye.
He is currently studying fine art at University College Falmouth.
Rhys is inspired by the idea of nature reclaiming natural and manmade surfaces, having a fascination for the decay and the corrosion of surfaces surrounding the Cornish coast and countryside.
He has a great deal of interest invested in surface and texture, recreating these surfaces using a mix of mediums including acrylic paints, ink and lino cut prints.
These are printed over the surfaces to create forms within the image.
