Sam Hale
Sam is a self taught photographer from the Forest of Dean.
'Photography has always been a passion. Having been brought up in the Forest of Dean rural landscapes initially attracted me, later this developed into a concentration on strong combinations of forms and patterns.'
'I often use simple, striking colour combinations. On many occasions turning to black and white gives more depth to an image; the viewer can focus on texture and shape, detail which can be lost in colour images. My subjects vary from bold architecture to delicate flowers.'
