Jo Jenkins
Jo is an art teacher in Cheshire. She trained at Rochdale College of Art, and at Coventry College of Art, where she studied Fine Art and painting. At Birmingham School of Art Education, she gained a DipA.D.(Hons).
Through considered combinations of colour and tone Jo's collection seeks to convey a mesh of emotions.
'As I work on my paintings, layering texture and tone, I try to suggest movement, depth and an ambiguity, in which, foreground and background intermix...Working in an intuitive way, I never know what the end product will be untill it happens.'
